Summary "Abducted from her first wedding and widowed an hour after her second, Lady Adela Macleod, the unluckiest bride ever, has given up all hope of finding true love...until one moonless night when an unseen stranger's heart-melting voice and fiery kiss stir passions she has never known. Adela is no stranger to Sir Robert Logan, Knight Templar. Having abandoned his heritage to protect a vital family secret, and sworn to protect the Templar treasure, Rob is in no position to pursue the fascinating lass he once rescued. But then murder forces the issue. When enemies trying to seize both the treasure and the Scottish government accuse Adela of killing her husband, Rob is irresistibly drawn to defend her. Together they will risk everything--even their love--to protect Scotland's future...and their own"--Publisher description.
