Summary 'Responding to rumors of a disease outbreak, an American spy discovers thousands dead in Tibet as the result of a Chinese weapons test based on genetic traits in the first novel in a new techno-thriller series.' --wordery.com.
In the mountains of Tibet, people whisper of thousands of dead, of bodies pushed into mass graves. It is some strange new disease a disease, they say, that can kill in minutes. The Chinese government says the rumors aren't true, but no one is allowed in or out of Tibet. At the Pentagon, satellite images prove that a massive genocide is underway. This is no disease. It's a weapon test. Chinese scientists have developed a way to kill based on a person's genetic traits. Admiral James Curtiss gathers the nation's top scientists, including graduate student Eric Hill and his colleague Jane Hunter, who are caught up in a deadly game of sabotage. -- adapted from jacket
