Southwest Branch Closing for Maintenance
Southwest Branch will be closed on Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26 for replacement of the HVAC unit. The book drop will remain open and we plan to resume normal operating hours on Wednesday, March 27.
Presidential Preference Primary Election Early Voting at Select Library Locations
Ten OCLS Branch locations will host early voting for the 2024 Early Voting Primary Election from Monday, March 4 to Sunday, March 17 (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.): Alafaya, Chickasaw, Fairview Shores, Hiawassee, South Creek, Southeast, Southwest, Washington Park, West Oaks, and Winter Garden. is running for president against Doris. Hubie doesn't
think he stands a chance against Doris and the free ice
cream that's she's giving away to voters. Mix that in with
the fact that he has to do lots of crazy stuff like
shaking Coach Kong's paw and Mrs. Green's claw, and
kissing a bunch of babies to stay in the presidential
race. Hubie's chances look slim, but in the end he wins by
being the candidate who stands for something, not just on
top of something! Ha!
