Summary |
Norma Khouri won fame and fortune with her 'true story', Forbidden love, about a shocking honor killing in Jordan. The book was a runaway best seller and became the toast of the literary world. Until July 2004, when esteemed Sydney Morning Herald journalist Malcolm Knox exposed her book as a work of fiction, and her protagonist, a figment of her imagination. Now, Khouri is fighting for credibility and offers to go to Jordan to prove that Dalia existed and that the incident really took place. |
