Southwest Branch Closing for Maintenance
Southwest Branch will be closed on Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26 for replacement of the HVAC unit. The book drop will remain open and we plan to resume normal operating hours on Wednesday, March 27.
Presidential Preference Primary Election Early Voting at Select Library Locations
Ten OCLS Branch locations will host early voting for the 2024 Early Voting Primary Election from Monday, March 4 to Sunday, March 17 (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.): Alafaya, Chickasaw, Fairview Shores, Hiawassee, South Creek, Southeast, Southwest, Washington Park, West Oaks, and Winter Garden. The Library suspended home delivery service after Thursday afternoon, March 26. Requested materials will not be processed for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.
At this time, you can continue placing new requests. Once the library resumes normal business, new and suspended requests will be processed and delivered.
Please confirm that the address on your account is correct. When the items you have requested are ready they will be sent to that address. If the address on your account is not correct please call us at 407.835.7323 to update your account. You will be responsible for items delivered to the address on your account. Since most deliveries are made by a private courier to your doorstep, contact the library with gate codes or special delivery instructions. Learn more about home delivery.
