Southwest Branch will be closed on Monday, March 25 and Tuesday, March 26 for replacement of the HVAC unit. The book drop will remain open and we plan to resume normal operating hours on Wednesday, March 27.
Presidential Preference Primary Election Early Voting at Select Library Locations

The French West African territories of French Sudan and Senegal became autonomous within the French Community in Nov. 1958 as the République soudanaise (with its capital at Bamako) and the État du Sénégal (later, according to its constitution of 1959, République du Sénégal). In Apr. 1959 the two republics each continuing its own government, became the member states of the Federation of Mali. The Federation was dissolved in Aug. 1960 when Senegal withdrew and declared its independence.
